La Salle Integral Formation Center, Tijuana

A vocational training center that offers new opportunities to migrants, vulnerable families and marginalized communities.

Tijuana is a vibrant but deeply challenged border city, and La Salle’s Integral Formation Center has become a lifeline for many who live on the margins.

Completely free of charge, the Center welcomes migrants, low-income families, people displaced by violence, youth who struggle to enter formal education, seniors in need of community, and even individuals rebuilding their lives after living on the streets.

With more than 280 workshops every year—ranging from cooking, tailoring, beauty culture, music, computer skills, and languages to entrepreneurship, emotional healing, and faith formation—students find both practical tools and a supportive environment to recover confidence and hope.

For over 40 years, our all-volunteer team has helped thousands heal from trauma, discover new abilities, and build the foundations for a safer, more stable future.

In a city marked by poverty, migration, and rapid growth, La Salle offers a warm, dignifying space where anyone can learn, grow, and start again.
