UN Sustainable Development Goals:
10 Reduced Inequalities
16 Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions

Back to School, Back to Smile

This year’s theme invites students to rediscover school as a place of growth, connection, creativity, and participation. It is also a space where children’s rights are recognized, protected, and nurtured.

Back to School, Back to Smile

This activity pack is a resource created to support educators in leading meaningful, engaging, and reflective activities with the children and youth. Throughout this guide, you’ll find materials designed to encourage dialogue and reflection on key themes rooted in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and two Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from the 2030: SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities and SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.

  • By networking with other Lasallian nonprofits, we have created engaging resources for you, with the main purpose of raising awareness about global inequalities, particularly in access to education.

  • The campaign is open to schools, teachers, parents, and anyone who believes that education is a key tool to empower children and young people, foster civic participation, and break the cycle of social exclusion.

  • You have an essential role as an educator, helping children and young people grow — not only academically, but also as thoughtful, compassionate citizens of the world. Download the guide!
